Tree with lantern

Inspired by the Ginkgo Biloba tree in our neighbour's garden, this small finger painting in oil on canvas captures the warm glow and atmosphere of autumn. The tree stood out beautifully with its vivid golden-yellow leaves, shining almost like a lantern against the changing season.

To deepen that feeling of warmth and light, I added a small lantern hanging from the tree, with a lit candle glowing inside. The lantern became a quiet symbol of comfort, calm, and the peaceful feeling that autumn evenings can bring.

With falling golden leaves, rich textures, and soft light, this painting reflects the beauty of seasonal change and the magical atmosphere nature can create in the simplest moments.
