Private Art Lessons
Learn to paint in a relaxed, personal setting — for all levels. Private art lessons with Keili are open to everyone — beginners and experienced painters alike. Whether you want to try finger painting, realism or abstract work, each session is tailored to your interests and pace. Lessons take place at Keili's studio in Garessio (Regione Sparvaira 14), in the Ligurian Alps. Sessions are by appointment only.

What you'll learn
Two approaches
Finger Painting
Keili's signature technique — painting directly with the fingers, no brushes. This approach creates a unique texture and a deeply personal connection to the canvas. It's intuitive, expressive and accessible to anyone, regardless of prior experience. In these sessions you'll discover how to blend colour directly on the canvas, follow your intuition and let go of the need for perfection. A liberating and joyful experience for painters of all ages.
Realism, Abstract & Impressionism
If you'd like to paint from a photo or explore a particular style, Keili can guide you through realism, abstract or impressionism using water-mixable oils. Bring a reference image or simply describe what you have in mind — the session adapts to you. Materials used include Royal Talens Cobra and Holbein Aqua Duo water-mixable oil colours. All materials are purchased separately by the student.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any experience to start?
Not at all. Most of Keili's students start with zero experience. The lessons are completely tailored to your level — you only need curiosity and a willingness to try.
How long is a typical session?
Sessions are usually 1 to 2 hours, depending on what you are working on and your pace. There is no strict time limit — you work until the piece feels complete.
What materials do I need?
For oil painting sessions you will need canvas, oil paints and basic brushes. Keili recommends Royal Talens Cobra or Holbein Aqua Duo water-mixable oils. You can purchase materials at cost price in the studio, or bring your own. For finger painting, no brushes are needed — just your hands.
Can I book a trial lesson first?
Yes — and it is the recommended way to start. A trial lesson lets you experience the studio, the technique and the teaching style before committing to a regular schedule. Mention "trial lesson" when you get in touch and Keili will arrange everything. The rate is the same: €20 per hour.
Where exactly is the studio?
The studio is at Regione Sparvaira 14, Garessio (CN), in the Ligurian Alps — about 1 hour from Cuneo and 1.5 hours from Savona. Free parking is available nearby.
