A calm, structured space where children learn to paint without fear of getting it wrong. Ages 6 and up, in Keili's atelier in Garessio. Water-mixable oils — no solvents, no fumes, no mess at home.

Why Little Artists works
I'm a mother of two. I know what we look for when sending a child somewhere new: a calm room, a patient teacher, real materials (not crayons and paper plates), and clear communication. That's what Little Artists is built around.
Small groups
Up to 4 children per session. Each child gets attention. Nobody hides at the back of a noisy classroom.
Safe materials
Water-mixable oils only. No turpentine, no chemical thinners, no fumes. Cleans with soap and water. Apron + smock provided.
Real skill, not just play
Children learn actual technique — how to mix color, how light works, how to paint what they see. Their work goes home framed if they want.

Parent FAQ
What parents usually ask
My child has never painted with oils. Is that OK?
Yes — most start that way. Water-mixable oils behave like acrylics for kids: forgiving, easy to clean, no special skills needed. By session 3 they're handling them with confidence.
My child is shy. Will they be OK in a group?
Groups are small (up to 4) and the atmosphere is calm. I don't push children to perform. If your child needs more 1-on-1 time at first, we can arrange private sessions before joining the group.
Will the paint stain clothes?
Water-mixable oils wash out of most fabrics with soap and water if caught quickly. I provide aprons. Still — send your child in clothes you don't mind getting paint on. Just in case.
Can I stay during the lesson?
Yes for the first session — there's a chair in the room you're welcome to use. After that, most parents drop off and pick up.
Does my child take work home?
Yes, every painting. If they want it framed I can recommend a local frame shop.
Can my child join mid-package?
Yes. Sessions are independent — children don't fall behind from missing earlier ones. Join when there's a spot.
